• Worked closely with 2 other UX designers and with the Marketing, Engineering, Support, and Accounts teams to design and coordinate new features and bug fixes for a variety of user types. • Led the design of a new, Driver-only mobile app to help Drivers more efficiently complete routes and allow for better performance in areas of poor cell signal. Collaborated with a variety of teams to design additional features, including an in-app Support flow that allowed Drivers to troubleshoot common problems without a Support call, and Instant Pay. • Created detailed front end documentation, serving as a resource for both mobile and QA teams to build, test, and track features. • Led the creation of Roadie’s first consistent feedback loop, coordinating and leading group discussions and individual user sessions with Roadie drivers. Created a video system to record these sessions and publish summaries to the rest of the company.• Led the definition and design stages for a brand-new web-based Driver Portal (accessible within mobile apps) that would allow Drivers to edit account information, review their history on the platform, and view updates and training content.• Collaborated with Marketing to add interactive onboarding within the mobile apps, doubling completion of onboarding content over the previous video-based method.• Conducted contextual inquiry sessions in various cities with enterprise partners to understand how we could better serve their needs. Used affinity mapping to compile those notes, then presented those findings to the company. • Conducted a qualitative analysis of thousands of text entries using Python scripts to replace free-text fields in the app, eliminating a common pain point for users in the app flow. • Aided the Marketing team to edit and create automated emails using MailChimp's Mandrill platform. • Summer internship extended throughout the school year to continue working on ongoing projects. Converted to full time in June 2018.

Using Kinoma's prototyping tool called the Kinoma Create, worked on a number of both group and individual projects to show off the capabilities of the tool. Responsible for all elements of the creation process, including CAD design (Fusion 360), electronics and PCB design, manufacturing of projects through 3D printing and laser cutting, and coding using Kinoma's JavaScript-based platform.
