• Led the creation of Roadie’s first consistent feedback loop, coordinating and leading group discussions and individual user sessions with Roadie drivers. Created a video system to record these sessions and publish.
• Led the definition and design stages for a brand-new web-based Driver Portal (accessible within mobile apps) that would allow Drivers to edit account information, review their history on the platform, and view updates.
• Collaborated with Marketing to add interactive onboarding within the mobile apps, doubling completion of onboarding content over the previous video-based method.
