I'm grateful to get to do something I love every single day. One of the best parts of being a small business owner is that what I get out of it, is a direct result of the amount of hustle I put into it. What pushes me everyday is the opportunity to remove obstacles, genuinely serve others, build meaningful relationships, and compete on behalf of my clients. It also helps that I'm part of an amazing team. Having played or coached team sports all my life, it's motivating for me to be a part of something bigger than myself.
