• Often times beginning on day one and dollar zero clients call on me for the full spectrum of development advice and support. Through a vigorous system of hiring, onboarding and managing staff, creating and implementing strategic plans, budgets, and goals, providing hands-on and big picture leadership, while utilizing an array analytical models, my clients have consistently expanded their networks of support and raised tens of millions from hundreds of thousands of donors• In fourteen states, for more than thirty campaigns, I have worked intimately with client teams to assess giving tendencies, create unique donor pipelines, and build catered moves management processes used by candidates, staff, and volunteer fundraisers • Additionally, for each client, I play a front-facing role with donors, prospective donors, volunteer leaders and finance committee members. I regularly collaborate with principals, senior staff, and other influencers, to lead progress update presentations to select groups of supporters. When on the ground with clients I conduct in person visits to cultivate support and solicit contributions. Over the last fifteen years I’ve led over one thousand interactions with donors, prospects and volunteer fundraisers• As a front-facing representative, the ability to build strong client/donor relationships is paramount.
