• Infor M3 Upgrade/Migration o Led project to upgrade Aero-Med’s On-Premise Infor M3 (10.1) to a SaaS hosted solution of Infor M3 (13.3) in AWS. Components included EDI (Axway/Enterprise Collaborator), several Custom Applications that integrate with API, Web Services and ODBC), Reporting/BI, and Warehouse Mobility.o Helped determine scope and requirements when comparing CAH data center vs Infor cloud hosted solution.o Coordinated efforts with Aero-Med (Technical, Executive, and Process Owners), Infor (SaaS Vendor) and CAH teams (Network, Storage, Security, Messaging, infrastructure, etc.) o Migrate and test Custom Application Integrations, intermediate EDI layer, Reporting, Document Output.• Axway B2Bi Migrationo Led project to migrate Aero-Med’s On-Premise Axway B2Bi 1.5 to CAH’s Axway B2Bi 2.1 instance. o Coordinate efforts with Aero-Med EDI Analyst and CAH Axway Project Team for requirement gathering, implementation, testing and support.o Over 30 partners were migrated for a range of transactions including.• Supplier Managed Inventory Program o Wrote ASP.NET/C# website used by ~10 White Glove drivers to enter transactions in the field via mobile devices.o Wrote WPF/C# application used by ~10 Hybrid Fields and Office/Remote Customer Service representatives to enter orders for ~2,300 sites across the US. Functionality included, par level business logic, material images, filtering, email confirmation, order form faxing and other tools.o Implemented monthly order validation and summary invoicing processes along with supporting reports and analysis tools.• 3PL Interfaceo Led project for a hybrid 3PL interface between Aero-Med’s Infor M3 (ERP/WMS) and CAH SAP/AIMS for two locations.o Solution included, reviewing specifications, developing, and testing EDI documents for Inbound (856/861) and Outbound (940/945) orders, Inventory Adjustments (947) and Inventory Reconciliation (852). o Worked with consulting group to expedite implementation timeline.

• Data conversion from Sage Pro ERP (FoxPro version) to Infor M3 (SQL Server version.) Data included Customer, Supplier and Item Master data.• Oversaw Master Data Management for Material, Customer and Vendor data. Additionally, implemented a process to help expedite loading and enforce business logic.• Recreated 50+ reports from Sage Add-on to Lawson Business Intelligence• Created Shipping Interface database. Including integration efforts for FedEx Ship Manager and UPS World Ship. Averaging 4,300 packages daily, across 7 Facilities.• Document creation/distribution through MOS (M3 Output Solution) which uses the StreamServe (Now OpenText) suite of products. Includes Pick List, Delivery Note/Packing Slip, Customer Invoice, Purchase Order, Package Labels, Financial and Receiving/Inspection documents.• Wrote parsing grid to support GS-1/HIBCC standards in regular expressions for Intermec CK71 handheld to be consumed by M3 Warehouse Mobility• Created and deployed various Web Services using M3 Web Service Designer for data loads not present in M3 APIs.• Integrated M3 APIs, custom Web Services and stored procedures into standalone applications (WPF/C#) to empower end users in their everyday tasks.o App to merge hundreds of PDFs at a time to facilitate mailer program.o App to efficiently generate package labels for our outbound teams.o App to support teams that have various outbound tracking requests, customer order and address data.o App to provide metrics to Operations Management for workload analysis.• Rewrote custom Order File Processor which processes 1,000 orders and 1,600 lines daily.

• Evolved MS Access database into standalone WPF application to marshal FoxPro data into third-party shipping applications which eliminated data entry for 60 percent of all shipments.• Rebuilt WinForms email marketing application in WPF to introduce a graphical user interface where XML editing was previously required.• Responsible for Data Access Layer milestones in team conversion of VBScript website into C# ASP.NET application.• Leveraged third-party graphing control to build key indicator reporting application for management to measure the error rate of the operations department.• Delivered major components for E-Commerce site upgrade project.• Advocated and helped implement new requirement gathering practices, coding standards, and testing methods for the IT department.
