My professional journey began in 1988 as a college student when I was introduced to sales, personal development, and leadership. Over a successful 17-year career with Vector Marketing, I honed my skills in listening, goal setting, time management, rapport building, and effective communication. I had the privilege of meeting and learning from thousands of remarkable individuals.Between 2006 and 2014, I expanded my expertise through consulting roles with various companies, focusing on sales programs, recruitment, and magazine publishing/advertising sales. I led a dynamic sales team of 75 telesales professionals and developed a keen openness to new ideas and business opportunities, particularly within the sales industry.From 2014 to 2023, I returned to Vector Marketing as a Division Manager, a role that I found deeply fulfilling and rewarding.I am driven by faith and a passion for helping individuals and organizations define and achieve their most meaningful goals. Committed to continuous learning and personal growth, I strive to serve both professionally and personally.I am blessed with a wonderful family—two amazing children and a supportive wife. Together, we enjoy traveling, playing games, and engaging in volunteer work through our active church involvement.My motivation stems from a desire to serve God by serving others.
