Brad Paul, MAI, heads AltaView's real estate advisory practice. Brad has experience providing a range of real estate valuation services throughout the country for a variety of purposes including gift and estate tax matters, charitable donations, fair value reporting, property tax appeal, dispute resolution, controversy support, and forensic appraisal reviews. With 30 years of extensive experience in all key aspects of real estate, Brad's valuation experience spans all property types including commercial, industrial, retail, multi-family, residential subdivisions, hospitality, as well as special-use properties, such as golf courses, senior housing, healthcare facilities, parking structures and self-storage facilities. He has also been involved in the appraisal of all types of agricultural land, large recreational and operating ranches, vineyards, as well as mineral rights. In addition, he has managed the valuation of several large real estate portfolios with properties located throughout the United States, as well as in Europe and South America. Brad has also been called upon to provide support for litigation and expert testimony in both state and federal courts, property tax appeals, as well as alternative dispute resolution cases.
