Leadership of the finance function, including treasury (all banking relationships), internal performance reporting (sales and sales management), external reporting and communication of financial results, contracts, information technology, internal financial training, taxation, real estate owned and leased, compliance with contracts, internal controls and other special projects. In working with the COO, we held a sales training meeting and implemented a sales management plan that was directly responsible for increasing sales 20% in two years.

Boeing developed a 14 day training course for their executive level personnel at Boeing’s Leadership Center. I was on the instructional staff for eight (8) of the two week courses.
