Why reluctantly? I've been career minded and motivated my entire life. Taking a break wasn't in my vocabulary, and I couldn't wrap my mind around it. This break became a little easier to stomach when I stumbled upon an amazing opportunity that allowed me to utilize my 10+ years of corporate leadership, integrated marketing and technology experience all the while growing my own business, a team, and living life in ways I have never known. This opportunity became even more substantial when we received unexpected news we'd be transferring to Grand Rapids, MI. The opportunity allowed me to not only continue on with my business during this transition, but continue to grow my business. All I ever needed was wifi and my laptop.
