CurrentManage a global multi-year product (LEAP) E2E SIT Test Team for the client’s largest US Sales Solution (Scrum Master) which is comprised of both internal (Salesforce) and multiple vendor applications. Test team is comprised of both onshore/offshore resources from multiple vendors. Team tests large number of workflows for 10 scrum teams.• Manage JIRA release plan, issues/risks, resources, change control, daily standup meeting, PI grooming, defect meetings and update stakeholders at scrum of scrum.• Managed over 5 Product releases and continue to deliver improved test quality/speed.• Continue to receive many positive accolades from my client and asked me to move into this role.Managed Atlas program to implement the final major software release. Also managed the program cutover process for all the project workstreams.• Managed program charter, program project plan, issues/risks, cost, scope, resources, change control, meetings and updated stakeholders. (Used MS Project, Clarity and Sharepoint).• Managed all IT workstreams to improve overall delivery efforts, quality and contain cost increases. Managed the SOWs and helped guide Procurement in these efforts.• Managed/communicated the Program Cutover process, created/gained alignment/managed all cutover tasks for a successful implementation. • Gained high customer satisfaction from Customer Steering Committee, peers and vendors.Managed Atlas project workstream to implement a new Sales Alignment process with the ZS Associates software connected to many internal applications. Also managed the program cutover process for all the project workstreams.Managed project to implement a Sandoz Reverse Logistics process with Return Authorization. This multi-year, million dollar global project used a cloud front end (Weblogic) internet site with a back end (SAP) application with the handling of the physical returns by the client logistics provider (FedEx). Many internal groups and external vendors involved.
