Profile bio

About John Renaud

I am a huge people-person and have spent 20+ years leading high-impact operations, planning, and operational analysis in the United States Navy. During High School, I was inspired to serve my country, and have loved every minute of it, traveling most of the world during this time. I also had the opportunity to earn my Bachelor’s Degree (in Management Studies) with a minor in Human Resources in 2015. When I’m not “in the office,” I am spending time with my 12-year-old son, usually outdoors at the beach, horseback riding, tubing, going to waterparks, or camping. I am also very passionate about child development and enjoy coaching my son’s little league baseball teams or attending major or minor league baseball games (go St. Louis Cardinals!). I love meeting new people and learning new things, so please feel free to say “hi” and share a thought with me. I am truly blessed to be a part of the Navy family, and look forward to putting my skills to good use for the corporate world! My passions/specialties: People: Leading diverse teams toward accomplishing common objectives/goals. Team building, training, facilitation, and briefing large groups. There is nothing greater than bringing employees together to accomplish common goals, and it’s a fantastic process that I feel lucky to participate in. Safety & regulatory compliance, risk management, and quality assurance – establishing and maintaining a culture where these ideas become second nature.Project management and process improvement – finding a way to make things “better.”I look forward to connecting with you!!Contact details: john_renaud@yahoo.com or (757) 331-0756 (cell)
