Co-managed the operations of the global Secretariat including strategy development and execution, fundraising and grant writing, and external representation and public speaking. Supervised technical staff responsible for implementing global and regional initiatives focused on market shaping, supply chain management and advocacy. Led planning of annual General Membership Meetings which host 300+ participants from 50+ countries over five days and take place in different cities each year. Directed the global campaign to reduce contraceptive stockouts, "Take Stock," from conceptualization to implementation.

Co-supervised multi-country portfolio in Southern Africa, with $130 million annual operating budget. Led the transition of a large-scale, regional NGO project to a profitable commercial business which continues to grow year-on-year. Managed regional finances. Supervised Country Directors and an eight-person team in the headquarters office. Key member of PSI strategic planning committee.

Directed national program, with a $20 million annual budget from multiple donors, 300+ employees. Revitalized and strengthened a 10-year old program with a new five-year strategic plan, organizational restructuring and streamlined internal systems. Guided 11-person senior management team in setting and tracking annual objectives. Coordinated all fundraising efforts, including: $71m four-year extension to Global Fund Round 4 malaria, $25m USAID five-year cooperative agreement and $11 million for Global Fund Round 8 HIV.

Led design of department strategy and execution of activities, including the interpretation of research results and the development of marketing plans. Managed Global Fund Round 4 portfolio, a $19 million contract over four years that funded malaria prevention and treatment activities. Coordinated Global Fund Round 7 proposal, resulting in $26 million for PSI over five years.

Co-led and wrote five-year organizational strategic plan. Developed and managed the $12 million annual operating budget, including funds in multiple currencies from diverse donors, which funded operations on a national scale. Supervised 30 employees in the accounts and information services departments.

Directed the sales and communications department consisting of 150 employees in nine field platforms around the country. Established new credit and commissions policies, resulting in continued sales growth, improved receivables and increased confidence in sales quality.

Conducted financial, economic and developmental impact analyses of Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) projects in the financial, agribusiness and power sectors in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.

Created a proposal outlining the structure for a new internal control department at Sogesol, a microfinance institution which is a subsidiary of Sogebank, the largest bank in Haiti.

Event planning for 50+ speaking engagements and two fundraising events per year, raising +$100,000. Led the Council’s marketing efforts to target specific audiences for different events.

Designed training of 22 Peace Corps trainees in Senegal. Directed recruitment in Utah. Wrote successful grant proposals to the International Rescue Committee (IRC) for a Liberian refugee school and to Peace Corps for midwife training in Guinea.
