In addition to his direct investments and development projects, Jeff has served as trusted, professional advisor to family offices and leading endowments, overseeing and advising on their alternative asset, separate account, and joint venture investments. Mr. Broaden has directed international acquisition and development projects for sovereign-wealth and institutional investors with a focus on place-making and luxury real estate segments.
