One of four function leaders within the Organization of Talent Management (OTM) team managing executive level leadership and development programs at Lenovo. Own Grow@Lenovo, Lenovo’s learning management system (LMS), which provides elearning content for 36,000 employees.Accomplishments & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Executive Director Accelerator Program (EDAP) and the Lenovo Executive Accelerator Program (LEAP). Work with premier international business schools to focus the content to cover current business needs and convert the content into virtual delivery for this year• Program manager for the Global Leadership Team (GLT) meeting, Lenovo’s most strategic event with the CEO, board of directors and top 100 leaders within the organization in attendance. The plenary session was virtual with in-person deep dive sessions in each geo. Contributed to the deep dive content as well as managed members from IT, Events Marketing, Communications, Branding, and my own OTM team• Own Grow@Lenovo, Lenovo’s official LMS. Successfully implemented a new system with the organization with an on-time and on-budget go-live on. The system offers over 55,000 pieces of content to our knowledge workers in eight languages• Work closely with my peer leaders of Talent Acquisition (TA), Organizational Development (OD) and Global Learning to create shared OTM team assets, establish team norms, and enhance team communications and processes • Serve on the Board for Women in Lenovo Leadership (WILL), Lenovo’s employee resource group focused on women, and deliver a quarterly series called Life Maintenance

Managed the Americas Group learning team that owns onboarding, management, leadership and professional development training for Lenovo employees.

Developed and delivered on-board training, professional development training, and leadership training to Lenovo employees.

Led all hiring and training efforts for LDPM Inc., a leader in the management of retail stores. Evaluated, selected, on-boarded and trained all new associates for multiple retail locations.

Managed the Customer Training Team (4 trainers) and the e-Learning Team (2 developers) within a Training Magazine Top 125 Award-winning department

Successfully led the implementation of BH’s SAP software program and developed additional BH University courses using the ADDIE model

Delivered key training milestones to support software implementations. Customers spanned multiple industries and included utility companies, healthcare organizations, as well as local and federal government

Managed projects for the Office of Training and Development (OTD) at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)
