  • Prepare, maintain and analyze nightly Capital Markets reports in order to provide financialmanagement oversight of $3.3 billion in Retail and Correspondent mortgage volumes and ensure thatour positions are properly hedged to withstand sudden shifts in market forces• Provide help desk assistance for Secondary originators and Correspondent sellers and advise onfederal regulations with regards to loan cancellations, transfers and bond locks• Collaborate closely with Capital Markets, Investors, Sellers and Loan Originations to lock interest rateson mortgages and reconcile obligations and disbursements to achieve proper recording and paymentof accounting transactions• Analyze pipeline for trends and performance, and communicating with accounting to ensure thatoutstanding fees for long term locks are resolved in a timely manner, and that unpaid fees result incancellation of said locks• Facilitate inter-department meetings and design sessions for new reports and dashboards• Design, develop and maintain reporting databases within the Loan Origination Systems. Working closely with IT to facilitate any necessary system changes and/or updates.
