Assist and advise Program Executive Office, Missiles and Space organization on developing and fielding Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) capabilities to US Army and Joint personnel.

Government Civilian performing role as Deputy Branch Chief for Current Operations within the Joint Counter-small UAS Office currently under HQDA G-3/5/7.

- Assist Department of the Army stand up and execute C-sUAS Executive Agent responsibilities - Facilitate Operations Division support of world-wide C-sUAS mission sets- Coordinate staff functions between DoD departments and organizations - Spearhead interagency coordination to support C-sUAS capability development and operational execution

- Assist the office of Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs, Nuclear Matters to spearhead Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) solutions development.- Work with the team to manage, oversee and participate in senior level working groups.- Perform senior staff functions to address and tackle Counter Unmanned Systems (C-UxS) problem sets across all warfighting domains.

Coordinate and facilitate Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS) efforts between interagency partners and services.

- Direct diverse activities across three branches with 36 employees performing data link instruction, advanced JICO operational support, engineering services, and instructional system design.- Manage simultaneous worldwide operations involving personnel movement, foreign embassy and liaison coordination, and shipment of up to $3M in material supporting approximately 35 data link courses a year and an average of 1,600 graduates each year.- Responsible for personnel management such as interviewing, hiring, salary negotiation, career development, discipline, employee review and feedback, and when necessary, employee termination.

- Provide Configuration Control oversight for US Air Force Global Strike Command's management of the NC3 Weapon System.- Utilize expertise in Program Management and DoD acquisition standards to execute Lead Command functions of newly assigned weapon system.- Advise MAJCOM staff on Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process standards.- Act as key coordinator for integration, development and fielding recommendations from NC3 Program Office with MAJCOM staff and using organizations.- Help author MAJCOM standards and guidance for configuration control of NC3 Weapons System.- Provide group facilitation, training, and additional forms of knowledge transfer.- Contribute to development of new principles and concepts.- Utilize complex problem solving skills to effectively manage configuration of unique weapons system globally, across multiple commands, agencies, and services.

- Led team of 30 operations personnel providing direct operational support to the Army Air and Missile Defense Task Force executing Ground-Based Air Defense (GBAD) of the United States National Capital Region (NCR).- Consistently briefed senior leaders to include members of Congress, White House Staff, Interagency partners and senior military Officers on emerging capabilities and threats to the NCR mission.- Redesigned organization manpower structure to help gain efficiencies.- Provided oversight and leadership during ANG manpower study documenting all mission requirements.- Prioritized operational equipment availability and worked closely with maintenance to minimize mission impacts.- Oversaw Air Force team during operational/developmental tests of NCR Integrated Air Defense Systems (IADS).- Reviewed and approved training plans supporting four operational positions ensuring compliance with directives.- Key advisor to NCR-IADS program office on weapons system upgrades and development by sharing vision. - Supervised development and execution of an operational schedule supporting over 1000 hours per week.- Coordinated unit sustainment requirements directly with Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Public Works department.- Spearheaded unit’s efforts supporting multiple Joint Capability Technology Demonstrations (JCTDs).- Identified 4 capability gaps and submitted appropriate documentation/recommendations for HHQ consideration.- Managed operational plan and executed transition to new $20M JADOC facility with zero mission down-time.

- Managed team of seven US and Canadian members responsible for validating Air Force C3 systems requirements for Continental NORAD Region to include Eastern/Western Air Defense Sectors, 601st Air and Space Operations Center, Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) and multiple NORAD assigned fighter units.- Led CONR/AFNORTH integration efforts of highly technical systems such as: Battle Control System – Fixed (BCS-F), Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC), National Capital Region – Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS), Joint Deployable Integrated Air and Missile Defense (JDIAMD), Joint Land Attack Cruise Missile Defense Elevated Netted Sensor System (JLENS), Stateside Affordable Radar System (STARS), Army Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) systems, Pocket J, Joint Range Extension Transparent Multi-Platform Gateway Equipment Package (JTEP), Air Event Information Sharing Service (A/EISS) and other systems.- Director of Crisis Action Team, responsible for managing team of 20 members executing NORAD/USNORTHCOM Air Force component response to contingencies, natural disasters, emergencies, and joint exercises supporting Homeland Defense and Defense Support of Civil Authorities mission requirements.- Organization’s direct representative to Tactical Data Link program offices developing a strong understanding of programmatic elements and challenges facing systems being fielded to support the NORAD warfighters.- Coordinated staff actions to validate data link and command and control requirements for homeland defense.- Lead data link subject matter expert at 1AF – Provided input to 1AF Command staff on all data link issues.- Spearheaded the development of Deployable Integrated Air Defense System utilizing the Army, Navy and Air Force assets to provide joint integrated point/area defense against all air breathing threats.

- Traditional guardsman responsible for developing training plans and supervising employment of a team of 8 enlisted and officer personnel prepared to support world-wide data link operations in AOC.

- Volunteered for extended active duty assignment at 8AF to help stand up Provisional Air Force Cyber Command.- Spearheaded first ever near-real-time data link fusion of multiple AORs into a single display.- 8AF and AFCYBER lead in system acquisition and contractor interaction for Globally Linked AOCs.

- Led integration efforts enabling advanced munitions to utilize smaller warhead, minimizing collateral damage, increasing accuracy, and improving warfighter safety by installing tactical data link capability into the ordnance.- Helped author changes to United States Message Text Format (USMTF) standards and military regulations/instructions enabling automated planning and programming of systems to employ new ordnance.

• Directly supervised 5 personnel in the interoperability branch of Wing Weapons and Tactics staff.• Commanded mission crew of up to 40 personnel, responsible for their safety and execution of the assigned taskings to include missions protecting the President of the United States and other dignitaries.• Managed office of 27 personnel responsible for planning, execution, and tracking of training requirements for over 300 squadron personnel ensuring individuals were prepared for deployment.

- Supervised 13 personnel working on behalf of the Joint Forces Air Component Commander to design data link architecture supporting over 150 Coalition military units throughout the Korean theater.
