I have over two years of experience in development and operations, having previously worked as a Development and Operations Associate at Pottery Northwest Inc, where I provided assistance with data reporting, CRM management, donor communications, project management, and grant reporting. I have acquired skills in these areas, as well as in project facilitation, data-driven decision making, and cultural management. I am passionate about advancing the arts and culture sector, and empowering people and communities through creative and collaborative initiatives.
