Servant Leadership is not about leading perfectly it is a reflection of your heart posture. There are many unsuccessful leaders because their heart has been hardened and they are not able to lead properly because life has rendered them empty. Throughout my life I have always pursued the constant development of my heart posture. I want to be remembered as a kind, skilled, empathetic, thought provoking leader. Throughout my career I have not always been chosen or seen. As I developed over the years, I wanted to be the person that see others no matter of their educational background, culture, race, or gender. My goal is to build people and help them reach their goals. Year after year, I vowed to never get stagnant or stop learning. I genuinely love people and plan to help everyone I encounter while allowing others to help me. My career has been built on knowing there is no limit to success and leveling up no matter how things may look in the moment.
