Technical Account Manager
Current• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key direct market resellers of Synology, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with Enterprise, Mid-size, and Micro businesses to develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Synology's hardware and software suite, addressing their specific needs and requirements.• Serve as a technical resource for reseller partners, providing expertise and guidance on Synology's products and services.• Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of Synology's software and hardware solutions, such as data backup, virtualization, file serving, and surveillance.• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support the expansion of the Synology team.• Represent Synology as a subject matter expert at industry events and customer-facing presentations, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of Synology's offerings.
