Responsible for converting data sources from prior back office system to new data sources in many internal tool/reports as well as training various teams in navigation of the new back office system prior to go-live. Successfully convert our back office to Shadow Financial, working with internal audit to ensure all sensitive data was transitioned successfully.Lead completion of firm’s first Project, Customer Options, under newly established PMO team utilizing Jira to track project progress and Sharepoint. Met with SMEs to establish project plan, business requirements and ensure required testing and set up completed with OCC. Assisted in back office system configuration to support Option trades and tracking of commission and fees. Also part of team that presented completed project to New Products Committee for final approval.
