Perform a variety of maintenance, development, and backup tasks to ensure the SharePoint Server 2013 farm and its related service’s meet company standards and requirements. Develop and maintain consistent documentation of all configurations and customizations. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related problems. Complete project-based work; perform responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures.Position Functions• Investigate SharePoint problems and identifies their source; determines possible solutions, tests and implements solutions.• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade and manage a SharePoint Server 2013 Enterprise Edition Farm, related servers and service applications.• Create and maintain SharePoint web applications and content databases.• Develop SharePoint Site Collections, Sites, Sub-Sites, Lists and Libraries.• Configure and administer SharePoint Timer Jobs. • Develop custom branding of SharePoint.• Create, manage and document custom workflows to automate processes.• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.• Possess and maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts and best practices and procedures for SharePoint solutions.• Proficient knowledge of SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.• Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical personnel.• Ability to provide technical guidance in the technologies related to the development and support of an Enterprise SharePoint environment.• Understand the relationship between SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL and IIS.• Knowledge of Windows PowerShell.• General understanding of Hyper-V virtualization.
