The key liaison point between the IT department and the Landmark business. Working with the business to understand proposed initiatives/improvement opportunities and support to priorities these into the overall IT program of work.Key Responsibilities Managing the demand of initiative requests from the business Define value and creation of business case.

 Elicitate, analysed and documented current business requirements Determine gaps between future solution and current landmark requirements Assist external CSC consultants in writing functional specification documents Scheduling and facilitating multiple weekly meetings with internal and external resources across Australia and North America Manage team.

 Map out current Landmark internal business processes Elicited, analysed and documented business requirements for various projects, and major change requests Develop training material, communications and post-go live support for changes made to SAP Provide third level support to the 220 Landmark branches across Australian Member of the Landmark SAP.

• Through understanding of all SAP modules within Landmark (MM,SD,FI,GTM)
• Organising and running 15 weeks of training in 4 states across Australia
• Assisting staff with transition to new SAP system
• Integral team member of landscape network support help desk
