I'm currently a team lead in the IPM department at 7ACRES.Some job duties include:-Scouts and inspects crop for evidence of pests or pathogens.-Monitors pest ecosystems to evaluate the presence of pest species, natural pest predators, and conditions that may be contribute to pest problems.-Utilize traps, allowable chemical and non-chemical methods to manage pests.-Mixes, applies, and monitors various recommended chemicals, fertilizers, compounds, and baits to be used to treat, eliminate or control specific conditions found.-Oversee the collection of samples for lab testing.-Perform Quality Evaluations on each crop to ensure quality standards are met.-Craft Excel worksheets to streamline processes.The IPM department at 7ACRES plays a huge role in developing the quality standards that have helped 7ACRES gain it's status as a Premium Brand.
