Q3 2021 Employee of the All-Hands 2019-2021: IC managing up to 75 requisitions at any one time as the MSP's sole Recruiter for Lyft (San Francisco) and Lyft Level 5 (Palo Alto) across all of engineering including Product, Infrastructure, Hardware, Data Science, Data Science Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and non-engineering disciplines including FP&A, Legal, Executive, and Operations in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Belarus. 2021-2022: IC supporting Product and Infrastructure SWE in a high volume, pooled model. OKR: Partnered with Senior Directors, VP's, People Systems, Senior EM's, and EM's as DRI to overhaul interviewer capability and training processes. Utilizing Tableau, we built out models to compare interviewer data (hire/no hire discrepancies, number of interviews, frequency of interviews, amount of time at the company, interviewer level, etc.) and actioned each data point in Slack channels to ensure interviewer training was up to standard. These changes saved engineering time, reduced interviewer bias, and removed excessive burden from existing interviewer pools.OKR: Contributed to process documents, trained new hires on Greenhouse data integrity, and built out Lyft’s competitor playbook, sharing this data across teams.OKR: Trained new Recruiters and scheduled calls with existing Recruiters outside of my team to support organizational growth, specifically around selling Lyft’s 1-year equity package.
