I am a dynamic people person who is self-motivated, disciplined, and focused with experience in administrative/clinical management both in and out of the military. This passion, of late, has been focused on the clinical research, which has given way to a new love of helping people and making a difference both in and out of the military.My military experiences has taught me the good and the bad of life, but it is where I found my passion for making a difference both in business and in life. Management is a true Passion, couple that with a displayed comprehensive leadership skill, has produced new found love Clinical Research. Both military and college experince taught me that to be a truly good manager/mentor, you have be coachable when leading, and directing, others. That being said compassion, coachable, and leadership are qualities that I work on every day. I have been recognized as a proven performer who develops reliable and determined employee teams, excels at process improvements, and thrives at building levels of communication both inside and outside of an organization. I am a hands-on leader with a reputation for taking charge, establishing expectations, organizing, controlling costs, and overall creating a better environment. In my spare time I channel my inner iron chef without burning down a kitchen, love sports, and traveling. Learning about new cultures, new adventures is one of my favorite past times. I love meeting new people, sharing experiences, hearing stories and experiences in their lifes adventures.
