Responsible for support of Cylindrical Cell Manufacturing and Primary Battery Pack Assembly.Design and update Production Tooling.Familiar with Government Contracts, Millitary Performance Specifications (MIL PRF's), First Article Testing (FAT) requirements, and ITAR Regulations.Created Process Work Instructions.Supported implementation of a plant-wide battery testing system. Project duties involved design & coordination of test fixture builds, creation of process documentation, training of operators, installation and troubleshooting of test station hardware, and updates to test routine software.Prepared test plans and failure analysis reports in support of government contracts.
