Founded the Digital Young Leaders Exchange Program (DYLEP), an online leadership program.Developed high-level program strategy with KPIs and milestones; drove long-term projects to ensure the success of the program.Grew the program to reach 70 students to 300 students in a year; scaled the program from 2 to 30 staff, from 0 to 12 partner organizations.

Oversaw end-to-end feature development for the PBS KIDS website and mobile products. Built and executed high-level product roadmaps with milestones and KPIs. Launched 15 new features for the PBS KIDS website.Led cross-functional teams of 15 SWEs, designers, content strategists, and QA vendors.Created and launched PBS KIDS’s first virtual world, Kart Kingdom. Curated 8 online and 10 in-person community events, and grew monthly active users to 1M.

Advised 10 educational technology startups on their product UI and UX from an educator perspective.Recommended startups to admit to the accelerator based on market research; proposed website revisions by analyzing data from Google Analytics.

Taught US History and IB History to 80 high school students; 100% of students passed the IB History exam, exceeding the global average of 80%.Operationalized self-paced learning by building the IB History curriculum on Moodle LMS.

Performed and wrote policy analysis related to developments in Southeast Asia. Taught Mandarin Chinese (101 and 201 levels) to undergraduate students.Introduced activities to university professors to engage students new to Chinese culture and received positive quantitative feedback from students all three years.
