I was responsible for ensuring all client data was entered into Worley's JPI document management system. The project was then mandated to move out of JPI and transfer all data to Aconex. It was my responsibility to transfer all data between the two systems. As part of my responsibilities during this time, I supported the FIWP Team's document control requests. As the project grew, and I assumed responsibility for new team members' IT needs. Providing assistance to their hiring managers to order IT equipment, have it delivered to the site, and assigned each team member on their first day of work. Any IT issue related to the project was handled by me as the first point of contact for project members. If I was unable to resolve it, I was prepared to direct the issue to the appropriate source. As part of my role, I worked closely with the client's IT staff on all IT issues Worley required. This included networking, printer, and plotter issues. As well, I took responsible for asset management. With the growth of the Worley team on the project, so did the document control group. I was the lead member of the document control team, which grew to four members. The client had a small project team that worked with the home office engineering team. While this work was conducted, I provided support for both groups' document control needs. Documents were received, loaded into Aconex, and workflows were created. Additionally, I was responsible for Aconex training for the project. In addition, I set up and managed the Microsoft Teams site for the project. My responsibility was to manage all access rights for the Worley project team as well as access rights for contractors working on the project. The client and I developed a great working relationship during this period.
