• Provide leadership and strategic direction for all Human Resource and Guest Relations functions. • Oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, programs and services, including employee relations; employment practices; compensation and benefits; recruitment and orientation; training and development; performance management and succession planning, retention; legal compliance and procedures; and employee communications. • Lead the collaborative effort of developing and fostering a company culture that promotes accountability, effective communication, service excellence, employee retention and engagement, teamwork, recognition, respect, diversity and inclusion.• Develop training programs/organizational development initiatives that are in alignment with company culture and strategic business objectives. • Identify areas of guest service improvement by analyzing trends in guest feedback survey tools; Provide guest trending insight to operating departments and partner with management to develop strategies to improve net promoter scores.• Develop and manage annual budgets for the division and conduct cost and productivity analyses; evaluate vendor products/services and fee structures to ensure optimal service delivery and competitive pricing.• Completed company-wide compensation study using market and quantitative job analysis.
