• Coordinate and initiate health care for residents in ACSO residential services• Conduct clinical assessments• Initiation of appropriate treatment, management and referral in emergency situations (as per scope of practice)• Support the coordination of health care for clients• Secondary consultation on request, providing advice and guidance to staff • Training of staff in the use of clinical tools• Deliver safe best practice clinical services (includes assessment, care planning, therapy interventions, case management, consultation, health promotion, early identification/intervention,liaison and education).• Develop clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professionaldevelopment activities • Participate in the identification, development and implementation of quality, service and policy improvement activities that enhancethe delivery of ACSO clinical services and client care
