Hired to work the Inbound Dock receiving and putting away inventory. Quickly moved to become a member of the Inventory Management Team tracking down and solving problems with inventory. Also became a Team Member Trainer in which i train Team Members on equipment and Inbound Processes. I am also a backup Transportation Coordinator helping to coordinate inbound and outbound trailers bringing freight to the building and taking orders to the Guest.

I started off as a part time seasonal and was hired on to part time in the fall of 1998. I worked my way up to cashier and customer assistance and in 2007 was promoted to Textbook Department Manager where I oversaw the textbook department as well as assisted in overall store operations.
