Ensuring timely collection and payment of rent and personally executing periodic inspections of properties. Draft and execute AST contracts including issuing section 21 and 8 notices and change of occupant documents and guarantor covenants when necessary. Independently resolve disputes, draft inventories, tenant check in and check outs. First point of contact for all landlords and tenants.
