User Researcher on the AI Design and Ethics team studying AI-adjacent problem spaces and evaluating the user experience of related products.I crafted a series of exploratory studies using methods ranging from contextual inquiry, interviews, surveys, and collage to gain understanding across three business partners. Our results adjusted the team's design assumptions, confirmed demand for features currently in development, and expanded the roadmap to tackle newfound opportunities.I created and ran a series of iterative task-based studies to evaluate the usability of a new chat bot platform that resulted in a list of prioritized issues and recommendations that were approved.In total, I owned 7 studies, assisted with 14 studies, used 5 methodologies, and analyzed 130 qualitative study sessions.Contract via Aquent LLC
