Hr Generalist
Current- Provides top quality HR support and service to over 100 employees across four states.
- Administers a full spectrum of employee benefits including: enrollments and terminations, addressing and resolving benefits questions and issues, coordinating annual renewal and any other benefit related activities.
- Conducts full cycle recruiting including: creating job descriptions, sourcing both active and passive candidates (via social media, online postings, and career fairs), pre-screening, face to face and video interviews.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (including ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, PPACA, EEO, FMLA, Medicare Part D and Section 125 Cafeteria Plans).
- Serves as the Wellness Champion: developed, promoted and administered a highly successful corporate wellness program (70% participation rate) and coordinated activities of the Wellness Committee.
- Maintaines employee records in the HRIS system and personnel files, so they accurately reflect all personnel transactions including promotions, transfers and benefit and pay changes.
