Primary mission is to coordinate and implement all active and passive recruiting initiatives in our search for new insurance agents in the region. Build professional connections is critical to my success as I review resumes and handle a high volume of outbound calls daily while following-up on applicants and other leads. I seek qualified candidates in new ways each week while maintaining a presence at career fairs, networking events, and other community sponsored events to meet qualified referral sources and prospects. Attention to detail is critical as I schedule and conduct multiple telephone and in-person interviews each week by contacting candidate leads that Farmers provides, in addition to those I find on my own.

Responsible for transcribing confidential and legal documents in both English and Spanish, formatting documents using Excel and Word, and providing technical audio support for seminars and conventions for major petroleum corporations.
