Curious, eager to learn and not afraid to take on new challenges. Always trying to find time to travel, adventurous and a bookworm.Started my experience in NOVA University, in the Faculty of Science and Engineering. During my bachelor I found my interest in subjects related to fluid and solid mechanics and also in material science. Those three years taught a great deal about organization, work methods and adaptation. Also, that perseverance and effort bring results. After graduating I decided to try on a different experience and continue my studies in a different college, so I entered University of Aveiro to take a Master degree on Mechanical Engineering. The time there opened my horizons to new subjects, particularly automation, programming and computer vision which I discovered I really enjoyed, so my masters was particularly focused on these areas of study. For my master thesis I decided again to change the area and choose a theme related to bio-mechanics, particularly the development of a sensor to monitor the state of living tissue. These years were very rewarding as my desire and willingness to learn were boosted.
