The organization was deployed to GMC customers across the world to deliver tailored software implementations and consulting services, often hand-in-hand with local GMC consultants.My main tasks and responsibilities were:● Coordinate the delivery of international projects with local professional services organizations around the globe by managing project assignment to the team of consultants.● Assume the position of liaison to North American professional services organization and was instrumental in their rapid market expansion. The North American team tripled their revenue in 4 fiscal years, overachieving annual revenue target every year over the same period.● Manage a team, responsible for every aspect from workload, professional development to benefits and well-being.● Develop detailed processes and best practices for remote work share and intra-organizational coordination.
