I graduated Cum Laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in December 2014 and passed the February 2015 California Bar Exam. I am licensed and currently practice in the state of California. I currently hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Tax Debt Services, a company dedicated to obtaining beneficial tax resolutions on behalf of their clients. We negotiate offer in compromise settlements, currently not collectible hardship applications, and other appropriate tax resolutions depending on a client's particular needs.Outside of practicing tax law, I also have a passion for intellectual property and work with clients to secure and protect their trademark and/or copyright interests. I often work with Indie authors looking to self-publish their works.I previously worked as a Contract Attorney with the Law Offices of Stephen A. Lindsley. While working with this office, I practiced various types of law including, but not limited to: real estate, trusts and estates, business, contracts, employment, personal injury, and intellectual property. I served as the second chair attorney at several trials and assisted with all stages of the litigation.I am dedicated to learning and constantly expanding my base of knowledge. I am also a licensed real estate agent and look forward to working with clients in all aspects of their real estate needs.
