Provide helpdesk and desktop support to all users in the organization across multiple locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting user issues, desktop builds, repairs and deployment, managing user accounts in Active Directory and providing technical expertise on the use of key medical software programs critical to the organization. Major accomplishments since joining the organization in May of 08 include: Greater then 90% success of percentage of calls presented vs. calls taken, Highest Incident ticket volume of all employee’s as well as the total volume of overall calls taken on a daily basis.Discovered two major issues regarding the build process which required emergency patches be deployed to the entire corporation.
