I assist the Property Manager in overseeing and managing retail, multi-tenant, and single tenant class A office buildings (9 buildings) as well as 3 parks, 15,000sqft fitness center, 2 conference centers, 5 retail centers and The Sound event venue at Cypress Waters.• Assure compliance with expense guidelines, company policies and governing codes• Supervise tenant move-ins and move-outs• Administer leases to ensure compliance and prepare lease abstracts for new leases• Perform regular property inspections and walk the property with contractors as needed• Prepare annual operating budgets, analysis of monthly expenses and cost allocationsPerform and oversee AP and AR functionsAccrual, Reclass and Variance Reporting• Responsible for coordinating related tenant correspondence and billings• Assist and support the property management team for the day to day operations of the office park property• Serve as a point of contact for Customer Service and deliver excellent service to tenants, vendors, colleagues and property visitors• Perform regular building and janitorial inspections• Contract management• Regular meetings with tenants• Ensure rent collections according to lease requirements and communicate regularly with the Controller and Asset Manager
