During my tenure with Mercy Housing, I was tasked with extracting data from an existing third party solution (Yardi) and having that data displayed in SharePoint 2007. I was also tasked with budgeting and developing a road map for the clients SharePoint implementation. Was successful with integrating 3rd party data into clients SharePoint implementation..

In this role I was responsible for researching mobile device capabilities and limitation and how to leverage those capabilities to further the growth of existing products. In doing this, I worked with Senior Management and Development Leads to understand the needs of the business and investigate emerging technologies to meet multiple business needs and.

• Solely responsible for FrontierAirelines.com and during this time:
• Increased online bookings 400% while maintaining 99.999% uptime.
• Migrated corporate legacy web site from classic ASP to a highly effective Java web site. This was all done while experiencing no downtime and making the transition seamless to our online customers.
• Wrote RFPs, negotiated contracts and SLAs with hosting companies to keep corporate expenditures to a minimum.
• Researched, designed and implemented our online architecture. This architecture is designed over two states on tier one power grids, local/global load balancing, redundant power supplies, managed back-ups and a WAN.
• Orchestrated two datacenter moves during each move there was zero (0) downtime and no lost revenue.

• Responsibilities were vast and varied on a project-to-project basis. Responsibilities included (but not limited to);
• Managed development teams up to ten (10). These teams often worked remotely. Strong communication skills were critical to team success.
• Often asked to manage vendor relations for clients or find additional vendors to assist the client in successfully outsourcing there IT needs.
• Managed IT/Development projects. These projects ranged from web site architecture, UI, development and network solutions.
• Key member in contract negotiations and presentations to clients. Often required to translate complex IT solutions into layman terms while ensuring the client that we had an in-depth grasp of their business need.
• Responsible for writing technical documentation that often included; conceptual idea and flow, detailed architecture, time estimates, development/implementation and deployment

• During my tenure I held a variety of positions focusing on data analysis, trending, sales, commission and attrition reporting. Also work on large scale database projects and database driven intranet web site.
• Created and distributed reports to Sr. Management, management, supervisors and agent, reflecting accurate statistical information.
• Implemented, maintained and administered reporting databases.
• Analyzed various data sources for sales and support organizations (domestic and international).
• Developed and implemented client/server applications.
• Designed and created data solutions.

During my tenure my focus was the public relations group with my main focus on universities, students and new emerging markets. I also worked in the internal publications design team and video and television editing departments.
