Provided support for the usage of the State’s eProcurement platform - MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) via phone and email. Responsible for monitoring and tracking issues as reported by customers and helping to define a resolution. Assisted with testing activities to support MFMP release cycles. Provided Spanish support for customers from Aug. 2018- Feb. 2019 and co-developed the Spanish Vendor Registration job-aid, which was published on the client’s website Nov. 2018.
