I collect data on our products from systems globally and bring it back to local systems for reporting, processing and re-use. That re-use is critical! Orchestration of deployments using GitLab and PowerShell scripts running on Scheduled Tasks, but this is an intermediate solution as there are improvements required to ensure Monitoring is top-notch, systems are known-entities, and people who need the information have it.Kubernetes is relatively new to me so that's an area of exploration, but I work with a great team of people who are all committed to building the business and improving what we do and how we do it.It's a labour of love... and sometime patience. Much of the work is reporting and data collection from Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes systems across several jump-boxes on Google Cloud, Azure, AWS, Windows, and in-house systems my script process this data and return it to key systems for use in other systems and tools including keeping our monitoring up-to-date. This job covers the "any and all duties as required" clause on the job description very well. It's a daily challenge, which I enjoy as much as being on a great team whom all work hard to deliver projects that make a real difference. Show less
