Trained and certified units in a dynamic process used by small unit leaders to analyze a mission, develop a plan and prepare for an operation. Responsible for maintaining evaluation sheets that directly affected if the unit was capable of deploying on their mission. My additional role in this job was to coordinate our units' travel and use analytical skills while determining and staying within the budget.
