Managing a team of technical experts and develop them thru effective coaching and follow throughs to improve their resolution and sales performance. Oversee experts status using workforce management (WFM) tools and utilize Power BI to gather data and performance metrics, build reports, and conduct meetings with my team. Report directly to managers and clients, participate in onboarding new hires, and lead sales meetings and huddles.

I assisted customers in resolving issues with their devices, including service problems, activation, email, voicemail, and more. One of my responsibilities is to offer insurance to customers who are not yet enrolled, helping them understand the importance of protecting their devices. After resolving their concerns, I upsell customers on adding another line of service, whether for gadgets, Wi-Fi, or other options available on their accounts.
