I Work in Sales Support projects in the Chief Revenue Office. My main focus is on implementing improvements that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team. This involves a range of activities such as defining business requirements and use cases, testing and piloting solutions, managing project timelines and costs, managing communication and risks, as well as preparing comprehensive reports and executive presentations.I successfully led the implementation of over 30 projects. Among these, two stand out prominently: customer facial biometrics to bolster the security of the sales process, and the development of "Easy Contract," which received international recognition from the Corporate Legal Operation Consortium. “Easy Contract” is a dynamic digital contract incorporating innovative legal design principles, aimed at simplifying complex clauses for better client comprehension.

Worked in the telecom and food industries in projects that were carried out in different departments (legal, financial, IT, network and sales). Most projects had a digital transformation bias. The main activities consisted of managing multiple projects, managing risks and deadlines, preparing reports and executive presentations, mapping processes, identifying GAPs, proposing to be model and performing data analysis. One of these projects aimed at the optimization of legal processes and automatization of payments. This project was a finalist for the Intelijur Best Practice Award (2019) from the Legal Departments.
