Functions:• Leading the EPC Project "Consolidation of Plants of Natural Colorants Peru" of the client OTERRA (ex CHR-HANSEN) with a FIDIC contract and a CAPEX of US $ 15MM.• Manage the development of detailed engineering, procurement, construction and start-up of the project, integrating the user areas of Quality, Production, Maintenance, Safety, etc.• Manage the construction and integration of a 3D BIM Model of architecture, structures, mechanical, electrical and other specialties necessary to identify and save interferences.• Manage KPI’s and restrictions framed in schedule, budget, quality, scope and security of projects.• Design and manage stakeholder involvement strategies and change control to maintain the well-being of the work and social environment.Achievements:• I got the approval of the detailed engineering and the municipal file to obtain a construction license.• I completed the procurement management with a savings of 10% of the budget and within the re-planned schedule because of the Covid-19 pandemic.• I managed to manage more than 300 thousand H-H without disabling accidents with national and foreign Stakeholders.• I achieved the approval of the delivery of the administrative building infrastructure, refrigeration plant, power plant, production plant and as-builts files.• I passed the commissioning process of the cochineal-based dye processing plant to the satisfaction of the Client according to local regulations and company standards.
