Turnover circa £2Bn primarily within food manufacturing, property and restaurants.I've also held senior audit and governance roles across many sectors including Manufacturing, Energy, Healthcare and Financial Services. Key experiences include:- Set up and managing Internal Audit & Risk departments in large and complex organisations - Managing co-sourced audit reviews of overseas businesses- Hands on completion of complex audits and investigations- Corporate Governance Frameworks - Due diligence- Project assurance, particularly on complex IT ERP implementations and upgrades- Fraud and theft investigations- Controls self assessment.
