As the public relations coordinator, I support public relations and activities for the health center including media relations, community relations, events, publications, and content generation. I strive to develop new business via advertising and service promotion. I attend community events and meetings as a representative of Chota. I plan, organize, and coordinate all company events in coordination with health center goals. As a social media manager, I maintain and use the organization's social media accounts to increase visibility, membership, and traffic across the health center's brand and services. This includes graphic design and content generation. I also serve as the reputation manager for Chota. I consistently review Google Alerts and other platforms to manage the company's reputation. I work collaboratively with health center management to recruit and retain both patients and employees. This includes developing strategic patient and employee recruitment and retention recommendations. This includes participating in activities related to recruitment and managing recruitment sites. In regards to retention, it includes developing and implementing an employee appreciation and wellness program. Ultimately, my daily goal is to be actively involved in the community to both benefit the community the health center serves and to gain exposure for the organization and its key services while educating the public about health and wellness.
