Redesigned and implemented a consistent and effective approach to induction activity across Marsh offices in the UK. Initiated and subsequently worked with National Skills Academy to help create ‘Introduction to Financial Services’, a five-day training accredited programme. Delivery of ‘workload juggling’ and team building training to senior management, working as an external training provider.‘Communication’ element featured creation of professional internal broadcasts/ publications, staff briefings and media releases. Built strong links with business partners and charities – e.g. National Skills Academy for Financial Services and Business in the Community.
