• Involved in the successful launch of 4 locations across the UK – Bluewater, Manchester South, Edinburgh, Newcastle. Recently recruited team in preparation for the launch of our first Belfast location.• Directly accountable for multiple sites and teams across 2 countries• Supported in coaching and onboarding new leadership hires in the UK and Europe• Designed, implemented, stress tested and refined new Sales strategy and processes, which enabled my teams to be the most successful in their region – These processes were then recognized and implemented globally• Developed new ‘High Impact’ event formats which have been implemented UK wide to support with vehicle demand• Identified, organized and lead teams through over 200 events with Tesla all over the UK – Highlights being the Goodwood Festival of Speed, The Silverstone Classic, Fully charged Live, Various EV Roadshow’s, and many Tesla led events• Responsible for the successful launch and rollout of Model X and Model 3 products in Scotland• Successfully recruited, on boarded and coached the most tenured and successful team in the UK• 10+ years experience using CRM tools for reporting, identifying opportunities, marketing and customer communication.
